Fire Tables

Fire tables bring both warmth and a considered design presence to any outdoor setting — combining the function of a heating element with the visual anchor of a well-chosen furniture piece. Whether you're outfitting a restaurant terrace, a hotel courtyard, or a private patio, the right fire table extends how long and how comfortably a space can be used.

Questions We Hear Often

Propane fire tables connect to a standard LP tank stored beneath or beside the unit, making them easy to position anywhere on a patio without fixed infrastructure. Natural gas models connect to a dedicated gas line, which typically means a more permanent installation but removes the need to monitor or refill a tank. The right choice depends on whether your space has existing gas service and how much flexibility you need in the table's placement.

BTU output determines how much warmth a fire table can generate, but the right number depends on the size of your space and how much ambient heat you need. For open patios or larger commercial seating areas, a table in the 40,000–50,000 BTU range provides meaningful warmth across a wider radius. In more enclosed or smaller settings, a lower-output model may be entirely sufficient and easier to manage.

Most fire tables are built for outdoor use and are designed to handle seasonal exposure, but covering the unit when not in use will extend its finish and protect the burner components over time. Concrete and heavy-gauge metal models are particularly well-suited to permanent outdoor placement. Many models include covers or lids — a worthwhile feature if the table will remain outside through wet or cold seasons.

We offer free shipping on most orders within the continental U.S. — please note that Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. If for any reason a fire table isn't the right fit, our 30-day return policy applies; visit our Return Policy page for full details on the process and any applicable conditions.

About Our Fire Tables

A fire table is a dual-purpose outdoor feature: it functions as a gathering surface and as a reliable source of warmth, making it one of the more versatile investments available for an outdoor space. Unlike a standalone heater or an open fire pit, a fire table integrates naturally into a seating arrangement, providing ambient warmth at a comfortable height while contributing a clean, intentional design presence to the overall layout. Fire tables are well-suited to residential patios, restaurant terraces, hotel courtyards, and any professionally designed outdoor environment where both comfort and aesthetics matter. They are available in propane and natural gas configurations, and in a range of materials including concrete, cast metal, and steel — each suited to different design contexts and levels of weather exposure. When selecting a fire table, consider the BTU output relative to your space, the fuel source that best suits your existing infrastructure, and the material finish that will hold up to your climate. A well-chosen fire table makes an outdoor space more usable across more of the year.
